Our mission is to help you feel stronger and more powerful than ever before.

Mission: Our mission is to prepare a cancer survivor to complete a triathlon. The process involves swim, bike, run, weight, and mind training. We want to help you feel stronger and more powerful than ever before.

History: We have participated in triathlons for over 30 years. We have competed numerous distances, had success and failures, had DNFs, bike issues, injuries, surgeries, had small and big mistakes during races and managed through the path of a triathlete. We have owned too many pairs of goggles to remember, loads of running shoes, bikes, helmets, indoor trainers, wheels, hydraulic brakes, tubeless tires, sunglasses, hats, race kits and wetsuits. We will get you from day one to the finish line. It will be challenging and you must be consistently driven in your training. And, you will finish the race and achieve your goals.

Cancer:  Prostate Cancer (2016)

I am a USA Triathlon certified Level I coach. I have trained and raced for 30+ years and balanced work, family, and life. Because of my work schedule, my goal in the early years of participation was to finish the race and have a fun experience. I retired in late 2010 and redirected my goals to attempt to be more competitive as an age-grouper in various distances. As part of the process I have dealt with a few injuries, surgeries, and cancer. While these things slowed me down, I continue to train, try to minimize injuries, and chase the elusive goal of getting faster.
